This is the Denver area's premier amateur dance performance event.  Held at the El Jebel Shrine Ballroom it features performer's from all of the region's leading instructional studios and teachers.

Being held Sunday, March 14th, 2010

Tickets are only $10 and can be purchased at the door.
The event runs from 9 am to 5 pm with plenty of general dancing interspersed between performances

Here are the 2010 Entry forms and rules:

Liability Release Form:  All participants MUST sign one of these and turn it in by the day of the event.

Please note that due to increased participation we may have to limit the number of routines that any one individual submits to the Showcase.
What this means is that we can accommodate ONE ROUTINE from EACH AMATEUR per partner. 
That means if Jane Doe has two routines with her professional teacher, one routine with her husband/amateur partner, and a fourth routine with a second amateur partner,
she will FOR SURE be able to dance three routines (one with each dance partner) and the second routine with her teacher will be allotted time if there is sufficient room
in the schedule.
Entries as a member of formation team do not count against this rule.

Advertising in the Showcase Program
$25 for a half page (black & white)
$40 for a full page (black & white)
$60 for full page, back cover, (color)
Ads must be submitted in camera-ready graphic format (jpg, pdf, psd, gif) by Feb. 28, 2010 to info@usadancedenver.org

 

The 2009 Showcase event was the largest and most successful ever.  It ran smoothly and all the dancing was spectacular from first-timers to veterans.

We would like to thank all the participants, professionals and amateurs, all the volunteers, the Board Members, the staff of the El Jebel and Michael - the DJ Guy for contributing to such a great event.
