(CA) 3rd Annual Ballroom Dance Day - A Beginner and Intermediate Workshop Event

Saturday, April 28, 2018, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Based in Colorado, Ballroom Dance Day started in 2016 as a way to celebrate the joy of ballroom dancing. A unique activity with numerous health and social benefits; we wanted to provide an opportunity for people to not only give ballroom dancing a try for the 1st time, but to also help the experienced ballroom dancer to build on their skills.

Our event offers 4 beginner/newcomer classes & 4 intermediate level classes in 4 of the most popular ballroom dances: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango & Quickstep for a great price.

Think of it like a one day dance camp. Take one class, a couple, or all offered. Mix and match depending on your level for each dance to get the most benefit from each hour. We offer some fabulous instruction for all levels, and bring in wonderful instructors each year, including this year, Mr. Jim Maranto 2x U.S. Smooth Champion. A full list of this year's instructors can be found at www.ballroomdanceday.com . Plus new for 2018 a fascinating history of ballroom dance presented by a ballroom dance historian Holly Collins; free with the purchase of any workshop class.
