Jim Brown - President
Jim has been dancing and teaching for 15 years, ever since he graduated college with a degree in Music from the University of New Mexcio.  He moved to Denver in 1997 and can't really imagine living anywhere else.  He built, operated and owned Enchanted Grounds - a coffeehouse and gamestore in Highlands Ranch and has since returned to full time fitness and dance teaching.  He trains at Colorado Dancesport and is the 2009 US American Smooth Ballroom Champion with his dance partner, Julie Lewis.

Always curious about ballroom dance, I signed up for my first class (Ward/Carter Dance) in 2005 - I've been in love with dance ever since.  I favor the formality of the smooth dances but have dabbled a bit in the latin dances as well - my most memorable experience so far is the absolute "high" of a well-danced Samba with my instructor, Marion.  A 2nd generation Denver Native, graduated with a BS in Accounting in 1996 from Metropolitan State College.  I happily reside in the Highlands area of North Denver with two fabulously furry friends that light up my life!
